The good people at NAMM asked me to put together a performance for the 27th Annual TEC Awards and this would be the first time that they featured a DJ on stage.  I was more than proud to represent, and decided to give them something I knew they had never seen before….big thanks to my team for all of the support for this project:  #feelgoodsound family: T, Dazzler, Ver5e, Paul, Stoney, Chileans (Felipe and Gonzalo), Ravi Drums, Dave Schwartz, and Shakee for shooting it!  Almost forgot my big brother, Arabian Prince for lending his voice to it!

January 10, 2012 in #FEELGOODSOUND, DJ RELATED, Events, Featured

I had the pleasure of being in one of the most beautiful places in the world for the past 16 days from December 20th through January 4th.  The Viceroy Anguilla is one of the most stunning properties and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there as their 2 week resident DJ.  Not only was the property amazing, I also made some great friends and met some great people as well!  Here’s a few photos from the trip, ENJOY!

Modular USB flash drive concept offers a new way to sort your data

November 25, 2011 in COOL S#@!

By Donald Melanson posted Nov 23rd 2011 at 9:49PM

USB drives may come in all shapes and sizes these days, but they all basically give you one of two choices: you can buy one big drive to store as much of your data as possible, or juggle a bunch of drives if you want to keep things separate. Designer Hyunsoo Song has proposed an alternative with this so-called Amoeba modular USB flash drive, however, which let you sort your data on individual drives that can be used both on their own or together as one large drive. The idea there being that you can keep the drives together most of the time, and just detach the appropriate section if you want to share only your photos or videos with someone. Of course, the keyword here is “concept,” but it’s not exactly as far beyond the realm of possibility as some others we’ve seen.
